Hey All, I'm looking for a recipe that has a great mouth feel and a Hops taste. ABV around 4-5, it could be extract or partial mash. (have not experimented with full mashes yet) I have made Newborn Pale Ale, Frank Fischers Amber, and fermenting a Williams California Lager. Up in next is a Speckled Heifer from Northern Brewers. I found that I like the Hop's taste in beer like DFH 60 min IPA. But also want a it to be well carbonated for that bite. Thanks

Take any hoppy beer you like, add a pound or two of 2 row, half pound of wheat and .5-1 lb of flaked oats, plus specialty grains to a "partial mash." I add the oats and wheat to most beers I brew to get better mouth feel.

Try adding melanoidin malt. I add about 5-10% in my imperial IPA and it comes out with a very nice mouthfeel without being overwhelming.
