Just wait till five weeks! I made a Wit that I was completely confident was um, something else that rhymes with with 
It tasted bad out of the kettle, bad out of the fermenter, and bad five days carbing in the keg. But on the seventh day, it was delicious. I guess it just needed the right carbonation. It got better for a couple weeks too.

****, where did you get an Extract Bass Ale clone from? I'm still new to homebrewing. I'd love to do a clone of Bass.

John, I got the Bass Ale Clone from midwestsupplies.com. It's called Brass Ale.
