For the second time in about 2 months I have found about 2-3 pints of beer that has leaked out of the kegerator. It is always the same perlick tap. But I keep the same 5 gallon corny keg connected to it. Luckily it hasn't been all of the beer, but enough to overflow my dip tray and make a big mess. What could be causing this?

Check this out. When I built my keezer, one of the six brand new 525ss Perls leaked a few extra drips at the end of a pour. That was easily cured by loosening the handle, then loosening the handle jacket, then adjusting the bonnet so the faucet action was smooth through the full travel.

You can also remove the handle, jacket and bonnet, pull out the lever, then clean and lubricate the two B o-rings with just the barest film of keg lube, then reassemble and adjust...

Cheers!
