When I started brewing beer, I read Charlie Papazian's "The Complete Joy of Home Brewing". Can anyone recommend an equivalent for wine making? Does such a masterpiece exist?

I refer to this one often...The Home Winemaker's Companion: Secrets, Recipes, and Know-How for Making 115 Great-Tasting Wines by Gene Spaziani.

I've enjoyed Terry Garey - The Joy of Home Wine Making. That one was also popular in a similar thread in the past. Ha - I looked it up at Amazon and there is even a Kindle edition! Not quite the equivalent to The Complete Joy of Home Brewing, but a start.
