new here, was trolling around for a few days and decided to give it a go.
this batch was started on 11-21 and its edworts recipe using a different dry yeast that my LHBS suggested.
so the picture quality is kinda bad because its a cell phone but it is bubbling very strongly, a good size bubble out of the airlock less than every second.
now the crust hardened then seems to have broken from the activity and at the moment the top is covered in a layer of bubbles. doesnt smell too good, but smells like i expected. cant wait to see this progress
