So I brewed up a batch of Liquid Stupid this past weekend and was only able to chill it to the upper 90's due to warm groundwater. I pitched 2 packets of T-58, said a brief prayer to the brewing gods, and airlocked it.

It's going great now, and I know it'll be fine eventually, but I'm curious if anyone has any experience with this year at that high of a temperature with a S.G. of 1.085 to start.

Tl;dr: How much banana-ness can I expect, and how long for it to mellow out so the spices are at all noticeable?

85* is about the hottest I've fermented t-58. It turned out okay, but it took a while to mellow out, maybe 8 weeks IIRC. I don't remember it being particularly fusel-y. T-58 is more forgiving at high temp than some.
