are you supposed to carb your kegs with co2 at room temperature or in the 30s or 40s?

If it needs to be at room temp, how do you carb one and drink the other in the kegerator?

Colder beer will carb faster than warm. I do both actually I have 2 kegs of BM Octoberfast at room temp carbing up they take longer at room temps thats all. I have them hooked up to a second Co2 tank

Serving pressure and temperature are ideal. Less chance of under/overshooting the carb level. If you have one tap and room for two kegs in the kegger, get a Y-connector.

Plan on a week and leave the second keg at room temperature until then so it can condition.

Answer: COLD.

ANSWER was giving properly above. A keg can be carbed COLD or WARM.

Cos does dissolve into solution faster/better at cold temperatures, but it will happen at warm temps to allowing a keg being stored outside the kegerator/keezer to be prepped and ready.
