4 gallons Publix Apple juice
1 gallon Publix unfiltered apple juice
1 quart Tart Cherry juice

Nottingham yeast

65F for 2 weeks, Added the tart cherry juice at the 2 week point, gravity was 1.020, two weeks later 1.008 1 week cold crash

Originally inspired by Unicorn Blood, I really just wanted to brew a cider that was a little dry and more complex using only ingredients that I could easily find anytime here in central Florida grocery stores. The challenge here is that we really don't get the varietal ciders and juices that one might find in other areas of the country. So, I used tart cherry juice to bring in some tartness not available with any apple juice or cider that I could find here in central Florida. This was a huge success! Let me know your thoughts and if you try it, I would love to hear about it.
