Hello,

I am trying to convert an all grain to extract. It calls for 6.5lb of Continental European Pils malt (2row) and 7lbs Munich Malt and 5oz 120L crystal malt.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Jim

Munich malt comes in liquid extract so I'd use that. For 7 pounds of Munich malt, you could use 5 pounds of Munich LME.

For the pilsner malt, you could use 4 pounds of pilsen DME. I think Briess makes that.

You can still steep the 5 ounces of crystal malt.

so, I come up with:
5 ounces crystal 120
7 pounds Munich LME
4 pounds Pilsen DME
