posting recipes and recipes under my name

instead of me copying and pasting recipes and it looking like crap in the thread... how does everyone get a recipe to format correctly like this one

is everyone typing it all out... and also, how do I get recipes to show up under my name on the left... I have some new ones to showcase

post your recipes here in the recipe forum. that's where that format comes from.
