Orange/Pineapple Wine...

Made a 6 gallon batch of orange/pineapple wine, wanted it a little more fruitier. Unable to find pineapple extract, the orange is a little overpowering only a slight/very light hint of a taste of the pineapple. What can I use for a pineapple extract?

8lbs of oranges + 2 pineapples
20lbs of sugar
6 gallons of water
camden tablets
pectic enyzeme
turbo yeast (1 pack per gallon)

this may be a shot in the dark but what about a can of pineapple from the store, either the one with water or for a sweeter version the one with syrup. it'd be worth a shot anyways. Cheers!
