Hi All!
I had a question about bottle drying trees: How much easier does the tree make bottling? I have a small kitchen, and it seems that it would make it easier.

Also, How much priming sugar should I use for a 5 Gallon batch of my wee heavy scotch ale? This is my first "original recipe" so I don't know how much to use for the style.

Thanks for all of your help :mug:

I love my bottle tree with my vinator mounted on top of it. I can have 45 bottles on it in a smaller footprint than using drying racks on a dishwasher with bottles all over the place. The footprint is about 2'-2.5 Feet. It easilly fits on a wooden dining room chair.
I use this priming calculator to style; http://http://www.tastybrew.com/calculators/priming.html
