Please, critique as you feel needed. I'm looking for a hoppy (not quite IPA) citrus pale / wheat ale. I'm going all C's for the hops but I'm not confident on my hop choices so I'd love some input. Thanks!

I'd move those 30 minute additions to 20-15, add some to your 60 min addition to compensate for the lowered IBU's, and add another addition at flameout/whirlpool. Great recipe!
