Hi HBT friends,

I'm brewing a hefe right now. I'm planning to do a small batch of 3 gal.
I got a package of WB-06.
Do I need to pitch the whole bag? Or can I be cheap and pitch half bag for smaller batch and safe the other half for later in the fridge?
 
What did that cost you like $1? Pitch the whole thing. No such thing as too much yeast. If you really want to save money on yeast, wash it at the end and you can reuse.
