I have about 4 oz of cluster hops growing untended from my in laws yard that I dried and vacuum sealed. I have a prior other thread explaining, after searching and looking on the net for pics and researching the time period of the home I've decided that the hops I have are cluster. does anyone have an extract recipe or idea where I could use these . the info says they were used for general American beers from the 40's into the 70's for both bittering and aroma and I would love to use them for a batch or two just because they are there. any suggestions?
