After a two year hiatus I started a batch of cider last night. This is what I have in my fermenting bucket awaiting the start of the primary…

One 40 lb. box of Braeburn apples (~3.5 gallons), juiced w/ domestic juicer
5 gram package of Cote de Blanc
A few teaspoons of yeast nutrient and some yeast activator
2 cups white sugar
2 cups browns sugar

I didn’t bother checking the OG, this recipe yielded around 10-12% in the past….

Any thoughts on my recipe would be great!!!!

Recipe looks good to me. I've never used Cote de Blanc yeast but reading about it in the past I'm sure it's recommended for apples in a 'non grape' brew.
Welcome back to brewing!:)
