finally went and picked up supplies to make a mash tun yesterday. i was really stoked how easy it was to put together....so i thought. so i decided to test it out and after about 30 min. i noticed 1 very small drop of water. i already put in O rings and washers so im not really sure what else to do. leave it? figuring ill get maybe 2-3 drops per mash/sparge, is it really a big deal? will it affect the brew or mash tun over time/batches in anyway? im not sure how to attach pics, so i threw a link to myspace pics if you wanna check it out. advice appreaciated...

This will lead to the loss of an entire batch of beer ( assuming that you brew a batch a week for the next 100 years).

Its really an issue of how anal you are about it. Either fix it or plan on adding a sheet of Brawny to your boil bill.

The leak could become precipitously worse over time. I would disassemble/reassemble the bulkhead, paying attention to the placement of the o-rings and use 6 - 8 wraps of teflon tape.
