Tasting Notes
Smooth, creamy head, easy to drink, faint malt aroma, soft flowery Willamette aroma.
Ingredients:

4 lbs Vienna Malt
1 lbs Flaked Corn
1 lbs Flaked Barley (fluffy white head)

1 tsp Irish Moss for 15 min boil

1 oz of Cluster Pellets 40 minutes of boil
1 oz of Willamette pellets at flameout

Procedure:
Mash 60 minutes at 150f
