I know that I have a lot of questions, sorry. I do thank everyone for all of your help. So I started this chocolate cherry stout. My OG was 1.075, one week in the primary and it is now 1.015. Pretty nice. I moved it into a secondary on top of 2 cans of Oregon Sweet Cherry Puree. Will probably leave it for another 2 weeks and then condition for a few after. What should this do to my gravity? Is it going to lower it even more as my airlock is pretty active again?

It's just fermenting the new sugar from the puree, it should end close to the same FG, I would check it again after the two weeks, then make sure it's stable before you bottle.

There's about 1/2 lb of sugar in two cans and 1/2 lb of other carbohydrates. I suspect the two will balance out.
