I guess I'm lucky to have a large screened back porch.
You're not the first and you won't be the last. Nice thing about making beer is that we boil the heck out of everything. So more than likely it'll all be fine.

Hehe. I fished a butterfly out of my boil kettle last weekend.
I had my wort nearly chilled when one of those did a kamikaze run into the wort. I grabbed him, wrung the wort out and poured the wort into the fermenter. It turned out just fine.
