You're not the first and you won't be the last. Nice thing about making beer is that we boil the heck out of everything. So more than likely it'll all be fine.
 
I had my wort nearly chilled when one of those did a kamikaze run into the wort. I grabbed him, wrung the wort out and poured the wort into the fermenter. It turned out just fine.
 
It doesn't have to just be outside. I was heating up a bit of honey to make a mead the other day and all of a sudden bees come flying through the kitchen window.
