I'd like to know if anyone's done this and if so if it is like a Cincinnati Style Cream Ale (think Little Kings). Here is the recipe scaled to 5 gal. It was originally done in 10.

5 lbs pale malt (2 Row) UK
1 Lb 4oz. Flaked Corn
4 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine
2 oz Flaked Wheat
Mash 154 for 60 min
.72 oz Saaz 4.0% 60 min
8 oz corn sugar 60 min
.25 Saaz 4% 30 min
White Labs East Coast Ale #WLP008

Estimated OG 1.040
Estimated FG 1.011
Color 3.5
Bitterness 14.8
I don't want another type of the cream ale Norther Brewer sells, or the English type.
