I was buying ingredients online for Jamil's ESB recipe and saw that Brewmasters had Pacman yeast. I love Rogue beers so I said why not Pacman ESB. What temp would make a good ESB with this yeast? The Master brewer at Rogue says he ferments at 60 for most of the beer except for a few exceptions that ferment near 70. I am thinking 60ish for a nice clean Special Bitter
