Has anyone successfully brew a good batch from the true brew kit? it was the first beer i ever brewed, over two years ago. I screwed it up then, didn't boil it long enough. Since then i have successfully brewed a few of their other kits. I have even brewed a few delicious all-grain beers. So i bought another kit because i want to kick this pale ale's ass. So far its winning. I boiled it for 1 1/2 hrs this time. Its been in the primary for a week now i just took a reading. Its at 1.014, og was 1.058. it smells good. But it still has the sharp nasty after taste my first batch did. I made a 1l starter out of the dry yeast the kits comes with, two days before brew day. What the hell am i doing wrong?
