I just put 100lbs of these plums fermenting. Going to try and get 15 gallons of wine from it.
 
i have wondered about these guys. i really love them fresh. provide updates please since they are in season now! at least the italian crop.
 
I made 15 gallons out of 2 paper bag full of this fruit. It was my first wine and it's been a hit even though I back sweetened it more than I like.
 
I just planted three loquat trees my mother brought back from Louisiana. I am excited to know that I can make wine from them!
