I am a new brewer and definitely have a lot to learn about this great hobby, but one peice of advice for my fellow newbie brewers....
....waiting can be the hardest part!
You have to learn to wait for fermentation to start (can take almost 48 hours as I learned once),
you have to wait for fermentation to complete (almost 2 weeks for a high OG ale I did),
you have to wait for the beer to finish in secondary,
you have to wait until the bottles are conditioned (3-4 weeks!),
you have to wait for the bottles to condition in the refridgerator (flavors actually change over time),
and lastly, you have wait for your supplies to arrive from your internet orders!
Good luck to all you newbie brewers and have fun!
