nope not German, but Russian. I'm not a huge Hefe fan, I have had a few I liked, but thats about it, nothing I would buy again. Well saw this at the store and it caught my eye. Baltika Wheat ale. Best hefe I have ever had, slight clove and bannana taste, with a spiciness background. Almost a creamy mouthfeel. Big head, with great retention. I want another. :tank:

Looks nice! The best one I've had so far is Paulaner... I haven't really tried many of these but I'll be sure to keep an eye out for this one.

I would have to say this one kicks Paulaner's butt, or any other German Import I have had.
