two boneless/skinless breasts (butterflied)
marinade:
1tsp season salt
1tsp sea salt
1tsp paprika
2tsp pepper
2tsp soy sauce
1/4cup water
1tbsp honey

stuffing:
2tbsp cream cheese
4 green onion (diced)
@6 chives stems (diced)
@6 basil leaves(finely diced)

mix the marinde together and put it and the chicken into a ziploc baggy for 3-4hrs. when ready take the baggy out of the fridge and let it warm to 50-55 deg, while it's warming dice the onions and herbs and mix with the cheese,it's easier if ya zap the cheese for bout 20 secs:D). stuff each breast with @ 2tbsp of mixture and run a toothpick through to hold together. heat your grill to 300 and oil it down before laying the breasts on. cook 10 min then flip and cook until done

i'd post a pic but none made long enough for me to find the camera:rockin:
