I cant get ahold of Belgian Ardennes 3522 but can get:

Belgian Abbey 1214
Belgian Strong Ale 1388
Canadian/Belgian Ale Yeast 3864-PC
Belgian Ale Yeast WLP550

What would be the best replacement

well my LHBS just ran out of WLP550 so any other replacements?

3522 = Achouffe = wlp550

1214 = Chimay
1388 = Duvel
3864 = Unibroue

The Achouffe is kinda spicy. The Chimay will be more fruity. The Duvel may be a good choice. I've never used the unibroue yeast but their beers are great. I'd go with the 3864

Can you get WLP575? It's a blend of three strains; the 550/3522/Achouffe that you wanted, the 500/1214/Chimay, and an abbey ale that I can't remember the info for. Lot's of nice clove phenols without any harsh phenols, and a nice comlex fruitiness. It's one of my favorite for belgians.

well i got the 3864 i could not get the wlp575 either. I talked to wyeast and they also recommended the 3864 as well.
