Hi everyone,

I'm trying a to make a gingerbread ale.

Here are my ingredients:

10.5 lbs Pale 2-row malt
1.5 lbs Crystal 80
0.5 lbs Cara-pils
6 oz Chocolate malt

My question is would you use Cascade or Goldings for your hops?

Also would you use a Nottigham yeast or an English ale?
