Anyone ever have a problem with the coopers tablets introducing funk to their bottles? I used it in four 22 ounce bottles, kegged the rest three weeks ago now there are small specks around the top of the beer.

Typically those are the small parts of the tablets that aren't yet dissolved. Are they a light color?

Not sure because the bottles are brown. They are sticking to the edge of the beer line. Could it be a clump of yeast?

Haven't opened one yet but I will and get back to you. Gotta let it chill in the refrigerator.

Little floatie things are very common with Munton's carb tabs. I usually don't get those using Cooper's drops. In any case, don't worry about it.

I've used cooper's carb drops a lot,& never got any contamination from them. It sounds like yeast clumps from what others have shown.
