Tasting Notes
Bright, balanced and juicy ale with major hop-driven melon flavor.
After diving down a DEEP rabbit hole exploring new hop varietals, a melon ale appeared! The base grains are based upon some unfortunate soul who posted them to a Facebook group many moons ago. If you are that person, please shoot me a message and I'll credit you!

This recipe utilizes three exciting new hops from around the world:
HBC 342 (US)
Huell Melon (DE)
Australian Summer (...Australia)

The name Yubari King comes from a variety of very expensive Japanese Cantaloupes sold for up to $21,000 USD each. Yikes!
