Crystal Malt question. What lovibond is this?

I ordered from a new place today and on their site the crystal malt was listed as a 60-75L but when I called and inquired about it he said it was really more like 40L. Well when I got the shipment today it looked quite a bit darker than the 40L and even the 60L I had previously. What does this look like to you and what effect will it have on my IPA?

I was looking at first and I was thinking "wow...they really messed up and sent him 120 instead of 60." Then I turned my screen brightness up, and it looked like 30. I have absolutely no idea. So, uhhhh....post+1?
 
That looks darker than the 60L Carastan that I buy. It will probably give a bit of toffee flavour to your IPA if you use a lot of it. Would probably be pretty good actually. It will also be darker than you probably wanted.
