Hey everyone,
first time making wine, and I made...lots of mistakes?
I was making blueberry wine, made a small 1 gallon batch using 6pints of blueberries, 2.5 cups of sugar, and ec-118 yeast(something like that, lost the package). Anyways, problem one was I accidently pithed the yeast at 60 degrees celcius instead of farenheit, second is for primary I put it in a 5gallon plastic bucket and I will be transferring to a 1gallon glass secondary.
Will this workout? Should I just toss it and make a new batch, and how long does it take to notice fermentation?

I suck I know, thanks guys:)

Oh and the sg was 1.2(was at the 20, below the 1.00...might mean 1.02)

That's pretty hot for the yeast, figure on it being dead at this point. Easy enough to add another pack to what you've got though. Everything I've done so far, fermentation was pretty obvious w/in 24 hours except for some lemonade, that took 2-3 days to get past the acid.

I would transfer to a smaller primary, that's a ton of headspace.
