Hello folks, I've just found your forum and I'm delighted at the goldmine of information it represents. I'll be reading here for hours.
I recently started making cider vinegar and found there wasn't much on the subject that wasn't confusing (to me at least), so I've posted the how to do it, with pictures of the various stages, on a forum based in the UK. It's producing cider vinegar for about 30 cents a pint and I'm well pleased with the results.
