Can anyone tell me if Safale S-04 dry yeast has an equal in liquid form?
And one more question , does the sealed hop packs that come in extract kits need to be refrigerated before using?

Thanks
Paul ( Newbie )

The liquid version of S-04 is WLP007.

Many on the board report different results between the two. I only ever use S-04.

Either way, ferment on the cool side. I aim for 64F.

As for the hops, it is best to keep them refrigerated (freezer is even better) until you are ready to use them. It's only to help preserve the freshness, so if you get a kit and are going to brew that day or even the next, don't worry about it.
