Hi, guys.

I a planning to start 2.5 Gal batch (English bitter, from Munton's no-boil kit), and I have pitchable White Labs yeast which says that it is good for 5 Gal batch.

Should I use only a half or is it Ok to use it in full?
Guy in the homebrew store told me it is ok to pitch whole vial content, faq on white labs web-site says that 'If the beer is overpitched, yeast do not grow though a complete growth cycle. This results in few new yeast cells, which makes for unhealthy yeast and low viability by the end of fermentation.'

What do you think?

Also, if I use only a half, can I keep the rest in the fridge an use it in ~3-4 weeks?

If you don't plan on making a starter, I'd say use the whole vial. It takes a whole heck of a lot of yeast in order to reach an overpitching scenario, and a whole vial is far from that amount.
