Currently I am using a RIMS system without a controller. Using an electronic kitchen thermometer (remote meat/oven probe) I am the controller. Planning for a Brutus 10 build could the thermowell / sensor I have made using the meat probe plug into a Love controller? Or is this a new part I will have to come up with? It currently is on the mash tun valve to the pump and I adjust the temp manually.
