I am converting my 5g brutus to a keggle one. I currently use direct fire mlt and recirculate and do plan to keep that setup. Question is any suggestion on where to locate the new temp probes? In the keggle or recirculation line. I historically have not had good look measuring recirculation temps and moved the probes to the kettle. Any other thoughts are appreciated.

I have 1 temp probe in the HLT, the other is right before the wort returns to the MLT from recirculation. I just use a dial thermometer to keep an eye on my MLT temps, but usually it's right in line with my HLT temps since I'm running a HERMS.
