I'm trying to brew up a somewhat mild extract IPA. I'm using 1# Crystal 60, and 9# Golden LME. I've got an ounce each of Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial pellets. I'm looking more for a bright, clean, citrusy brew that's not real bitter. If you've ever been to Albuquerque and had a Marble Brewery IPA, that's what I'm shooting for. How should I use the aforementioned hops?

Something like this would be nice:

1 oz Columbus 60 min
1/2 oz Centennial 15 min
1/2 oz Centennial 5 min
1/2 oz Amarillo 0 min
1/2 oz Amarillo dry hop

That'd be about 56 IBUs (5 gallons), given average AA% for all the hops.

I was going to say exactly this!

Just transferred this to secondary with an ounce and a half of Amarillo to dry hop. It is dee-effing-licious right now. :ban:
