I am not going to stop brewing because the temperature is to hot here way to early. I think I damaged an imperial stout because it got hot in my house while I was gone on vacation. I am going to buy a small freezer and want to know what the best temp controller that you would recommend? I want something to last and hold within 2 or 3 degrees.
