I had a brain cramp when I went to the HBS last time. For some reason I thought that I only needed bittering hops for this beer. Turns out that I needed 1/2oz of cascade for the last 5 min. So my question is can I make a flavor hop tea and add that to the fermenter after the fact? And if I can, what is the best way? Leave hops in, take them out etc.
The beer is a lighter lager that I will be adding some honey and ginger to later if that makes a difference.

Thanks

if it was just a 5 minute addition, I'd dry hop it. you wouldn't have gotten a ton of flavor in the first place from such a brief addition. that's borderline aroma hop timing.
