Want to brew a bock, I can't lager, If using top fermenting yeast is it still a bock? Is it worth my time to even brew an AG bock? I brewed a extract bock and it turned out tasty

If you liked how the extract version came out, then go with it. Just know that it's no longer a bock if it's not fermented with lager yeast. It'll be more like a "strong ale" or some such classification.

It should still be a Bock by German tax law if the gravity is above 16 P (1.064). But not a Bock if you see Bock as a style.

I'd say go for it. I may not exactly taste like a lager, but it should come close. Keep the fermentation temp low though as higher gravity beers have the tendency to develop higher alcohols when fermented to quickly.
