I'm thinking about making my first lager. No refrigeration, but the winter temps keep my garage around 50 degrees. Will that work? We probably have at least another month or so of cold temps.
Question:
If the temperature is not totally consistants day to day, will that hurt my fermentation......even if fluxuations remain relativley cool.
