OK, another brewer looking for recipe ideas.

15# of Chocolate malt. What in gods name do you have that much for? Looks like you need some more base grain unless you combine all your pale malt and pilsner malt.

6# Wheat
3.5# Pilsner
.5# Vienna Malt

.5 Saaz 40 Min

That would be my Suggestion and I guess Notti yeast if you dont have any Wheat Yeast.
 
definitely use some wheat yeast if you do that recipe ;)

damn, man. you can pretty much make anything with some more yeast.

looks like the only thing you're lacking is some EKG or fuggle for english ales

flaked corn, flaked wheat, pilsner, 2 row, saaz = cream ale

tettnanger, wheat malt, vienna = hefeweizen
