I love pumpkin ales as well as wits, so I thought I would expierement. The wort tasted delicious! heres hoping she turns out! Got a SG of 10.50. Made the pumpkin ale 3 days ago and the wit today.

5.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 45.5 %
4.00 lb Wheat Malt, Bel (2.0 SRM) Grain 36.4 %
2.00 lb Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 18.2 %
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (60 min) Hops 17.6 IBU
0.25 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
0.25 oz Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp All Spice (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp Brown Sugar (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp Cinnamon (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp Cloves (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
40.00 oz Pumpkin (Boil 60.0 min) Misc

Yea, just wondering if 1 tsp would be enough for any flavor effect at all. I made the AHS Pillocillo Porter a while ago, and it was almost a pound of brown sugar. I'm not meaning to criticize, just asking. If it turns out good, then who cares right?
 
yeah 1 tsp of brown sugar will not be noticeable - it will ferment almost completely out, and with that amount i doubt any detectable sweetness/flavor will show through
