Just transferred my must from primary to secondary fermentation. It said to do so after the bubbles went to 30 seconds apart. I ended up haven to go out of town when they got to that point and by the time I got home 5 days had pasted and it really wasn't bubbling... Did I mess up the entire batch?

Nope, you are all good. Some people leave their beer in their primary and never use a secondary. It would take a VERY long time in the primary for the beer to go bad. Go ahead and transfer to secondary and continue the schedule as planned.
