What is a good website for finding Good beer recipes... Not just off the shirt collar recipes, but good tried and trued recipes...

Scroll up. Find the menu and click on the link that says "Recipes." There are many in there that are very tried and true.

Look up at the header just under the logo for "HomeBrewTalk.com" - see where it says "recipes"? Start there.
Not trying to be a smarta$$, ok maybe a little, but there are some outstanding time tested recipes in every style.
Haus Pale Ale, Cream of Three Crops etc - all good.
Cheers!!

Recipe database contains many tried, true and brewed recipes. Look for any that are labeled as "award winners" if you want something that has been judged in a competition and placed.

or just click the work "recipe" under BierMuncher's icon! You've got a list of them man! :mug:

This is a little like standing on a beach and asking where you can find sand.

:D

Go to the recipe database, select the style you're interested, and then sort by number of replies. Generally, the recipes with the most posts tend to have been brewed a lot with great results.

Off the top of my head, you'll find stuff like:
BM's Centennial Blonde and Cream of Three Crops
Ed Wort's Haus Pale
Yooper's 60 Minute Clone

And a lot of others.
