Hop schedule:
.5oz Chinook 60 min.
.5oz Chinook 30 min.
1oz Cascade 30 min.
1oz Crystal 15 min.
1oz.MT. Hood 5 min.
1lb light Belgian candy sugar 10 min.
Primary: White labs East coast (WLP008)
Dry hop:secondary 2 weeks- 1oz cascade, 1oz crystal, 1oz MT. hood.

White Labs lists the tolerance at "Medium" which they say is 5-10% ( http://www.whitelabs.com/beer/craft_strains_lagers.html ) So you might have an issue, never used that strain myself.

Otherwise looks like a solid recipe, although probably a bit too heavy on the crystal/honey malt for my tastes (I like dry hoppy beers).

Good luck.
