Hello All.

This recipe has gone through its evolution and become the clear winner for my house brew, and I just thought I'd share.

5.3 gal. batch
152 degree mash @ 1.33 #/qts. thick
target OG 1.049

7.75# 2 row
.75# Victory
.5# Simpson Heritage Crystal

.5 oz Nugget FWH
.5 oz Amarillo 10 min
.5 oz Citra 10 min
.5 oz Columbus 5 min
.5 oz Citra 1 min

.5 oz Columbus dry
.5 oz Amarillo dry
1 oz Citra dry

use 1056, 001 or us-05, whatever work best for your system.
pitch around 65 and allow to raise to 68 degrees
primary for 10-14 day
secondary for 7 days at 70-72+ degrees

I usually hit around 50 ibu's, but you can change the FWH to fit your palate.
Overall, it is a sessionable IPA, and since you don't boil the Citra forever, you get IMO the best flavors out of this hop(tropical, mango), and not the cat pissy aroma you get when boiled for too long.

Cheers.
