Anyone have any ideas(or inside info) as to how great lakes adds the spices to CA?

According to one of Great Lakes tasting sheets they use Hallertau for flavoring and Cascade for aroma.
Regarding spices, 20 grams of fresh grated Ginger at 10 minutes and a half tsp Cinnamon at flameout. This is for a 6 gal batch.
I've got that tasting sheet somewhere, I'll post back with more details if I find it.
