According to one of Great Lakes tasting sheets they use Hallertau for flavoring and Cascade for aroma.

Regarding spices, 20 grams of fresh grated Ginger at 10 minutes and a half tsp Cinnamon at flameout. This is for a 6 gal batch.

I've got that tasting sheet somewhere, I'll post back with more details if I find it.
